General info

  • Due to the introduction of new restrictions related to the epidemic across Poland, the concerts planned for the period from 28 November to 27 December 2020 will not take place. We make every effort to ensure that music performed live is still available online. We believe that in these difficult times, we will continue to celebrate the arts together. You can support the NFM by paying a voluntary amount when you watch our productions online.

For your safety, the building will remain closed to visitors at this time. The NFM Box Office will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 11 am – 6 pm., and telephone lines, including reservations from Monday to Friday, from 9 am – 5 pm. We will inform you about the date of reopening the entire facility in due course.

Tickets can be returned in person, at the NFM Box Office and online. We do refund the return of tickets purchased at external points of sale. We will also introduce the possibility of exchanging tickets to cancelled events for tickets to concerts from the repertoire planned for 2021 – please exchange them at the NFM Box Office.

Please bear in mind that in this extraordinary situation it may take much longer to get in touch with us. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

  • On Sundays the Box Office is open starting two hours before the concert.
  • NB: The Box Office is open one hour before Family Concerts.
  • In the case of events taking place beyond the NFM building, the box office is open since one hour before the concert in the venue.
  • Directly before the concert, the box office sells tickets only to this concert.

Tips for music lovers:
• We encourage you to buy tickets online.
• We prefer cashless payments.
• We had to limit the capacity of our concert halls to 50% or 25% (yellow zone) – it is not possible to buy two seats next to each other.
• We keep the opening hours of the NFM Box Office:
- Monday-Friday: 11 am – 6pm (with a break between 3 and 3:30 pm)
- Saturday: 2 pm – 7:30 pm
• We make phone reservations on:
- Monday–Friday: 9 am –5 pm,
- Saturday: 2 pm – 7:30 pm.
• Please keep a distance of two metres from others in the entire NFM space.
• Please disinfect your hands – there are devices with disinfectant liquid at the entrance to the building and NFM Box Office.
• When visiting the NFM, please wear a face mask that covers your mouth and nose. We assure you that we are in constant contact with sanitary services and organize our events in accordance with their recommendations and guidelines.
