Małgorzata Podzielny
Artistic Director of the NFM Boys’ Choir and NFM Girls’ Choir

Conductor, music theorist, and professor at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław. Since 2024, she has headed the Department of Music Education at her alma mater. She teaches choral conducting and methodology of work with children’s choirs, including practical training. Author of the book Shaping the Artistic Attitude of a Young Chorister (2014) and editor of two volumes of the Working with a Children's Choir (2019, 2023), which include proceedings from international and national conferences of the same title, for which she served as the research director, as well as the collection Children Sing! Volume 1: Two- and Three-Part Pieces for A Cappella Children’s Choir (2025).

For twenty years, Małgorzata Podzielny led the Con Brio Choir at the Grażyna Bacewicz Primary Music School in Wrocław. She currently directs the Rondo Vocal Ensemble (since 2006), NFM Boys’ Choir (since 2009), and the NFM Girls’ Choir (since 2022). These choirs have won over 150 awards in nearly 100 competitions in Poland and internationally, including the Stefan Stuligrosz Grand Prix of Polish Choral Music (2019, 2022). She serves on the juries of national and international choral competitions and conducts numerous workshops and seminars on children’s and youth choral singing.

Her contribution and expertise have been recognised with 50 individual awards, including the Badge of Merit for Polish Culture, Bronze and Silver Crosses of Merit, Second Class Award of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, and the 2023 Wrocław Arts Prize in the Classical Music category.
