Please be informed that in the summer holiday period, from July 1 to August 31, the NFM Box Office and telephone reservation hours will change. They are now as follows:
NFM Box Office
- Open Monday through Friday from 11 am to 6 pm (with a break between 3 pm and 3.30 pm), and on concert days until the start of the concert,
- Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Ticket Reservations
- Open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm by phone: +48 71 715 97 00, or by email: rezerwacje@nfm.wroclaw.pl,
- Closed on Saturdays and Sundays,
- Placing an order via email does not guarantee a seat reservation – you will receive a confirmation email after your order is verified.
- Tickets can be paid for up to 3 days from the date of booking. Ticket reservations not paid for within this period will be cancelled without prior notice.
- We do not accept reservations during the 7 days before the concert date.
Ticket refunds
- The deadline for returning tickets for events cancelled from 12 March 12 to 30 June 2020 will expire on 31 December 2026. All requests for return submitted by this date will be processed within 60 days.
- For other events from the regular NFM repertoire, we accept returns up to three working days before the concert.
