The funds contained therein can be exchanged for tickets and merchandise offered by the National Forum of Music (excluding concerts by external organizers).

You can buy the Gift Card in person at the NFM Box Office and top it up with any amount. The card has the form of a ticket with a printed number and is a bearer card, so it can be redeemed by any person you give it to. Using the Card, you can buy tickets at the NFM Box Office, from the pool of seats available for the concert(s) you choose. If the Gift Card value is not enough to cover your purchase, you can pay the remaining balance.

If you hold a Gift Card obtained before September 21, 2023, please exchange it at the NFM Box Office for a new one and don’t forget to redeem it by June 30, 2024.
