A visit to Wrocław which does not include the NFM would be akin to going to Rome and skipping St Peter’s.

One of the largest concert venues in Europe

The National Forum of Music (NFM) in Wrocław, opened in 2015 at  Plac Wolności 1, is one of the largest concert venues in Central Europe. It contains four concert halls: the Main Hall and three chamber halls.

The regal sound of the organ

The symphonic organ in the NFM Main Hall is a superb instrument of great importance for Wrocław, Lower Silesia, Poland, Europe and the world. Designed and made by organ builders from the renowned Orgelbau Klais studio in Bonn, which boasts over a hundred years of tradition and experience, its sound perfectly fits the acoustics of the NFM.

Wroclaw has one of the greatest European concert halls, a joy for us all to perform in. Lucky city! We hope to return frequently.
Sir Simon Rattle, conductor
