Kuba Sojka is a music producer and live performer, whose work combines the language of contemporary electronica with the sensitivity of experimental and illustrative music. During the performance, he will present an improvised live set based on modular synthesis systems and electronic instruments.
His performance will take the form of a sonic narrative – unfolding organically, without any structural assumptions. Subtle, spatial textures will intertwine with more expressive rhythmic forms drawing on the aesthetics of IDM, techno, and industrial sounds. The whole will become a multi-layered story based on tension, contrast, and gradual transformation.
The essence of this performance will be a process occurring in real time: sound will be created and evolve in the presence of listeners, and each interpretation will take on a specific shape, depending on the space, acoustics, and energy of the reception. This is a proposal for people seeking experiences that transcend traditional concert formats and open up a more immersive way of listening.
