The concert of the Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra is within the frames of the 2016/17 Hungarian Cultural Year in Poland. Connected to the programs of the Hungarian Cultural Year the concerts are also to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Hungarian Revolution of 1956 as well as the 135th anniversary of the birth of Hungarian composer Béla Bartók.
