Duo Melodico is a family ensemble formed by father and daughter – Krzysztof and Hanna Nieborak. Their concert programme will include works by contemporary composers, written for guitar and cello.

The duo was formed six years ago, in the autumn of 2018. Krzysztof Nieborak is a graduate of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, Instrumental Department, in the classical guitar class. During his scholarship at the Superior Institute of Arts in Havana, he took master classes with famous guitar virtuosos. His has performed in Denmark, Germany, Mexico, Spain, Belgium, France, and Cuba. As a populariser of guitar music, he has organised numerous concerts and festivals in Poland.

Hanna Nieborak is a promising cellist of the young generation, who is currently studying at the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk. She is a member of the Qarmello Quartett, whose repertoire includes classical and film music pieces. She is also a laureate of international chamber music competitions held in Poland and internationally.

The repertoire presented by will include works for guitar solo, written by Krzysztof Nieborak, and later the sound of the guitar will be enriched by the warm timbre of the cello in compositions by international artists, including Maria Linnemann, Alina Boyko, and Ferenc Bernáth.
