The Gordon Concerts are based on the music learning theory of Professor Edwin E. Gordon (University of South Carolina, USA). The aim of this concept is to shape the musical language of children and support their comprehensive development. The form of meetings has a very casual formula. Children and their parents sit on the floor between the musicians and actively participate in the workshops. The performers make contact with the audience and encourage them to sing, dance and rhythmize together. We invite the youngest listeners to be creative and improvise with their own instruments (e.g. favorite rattle, bells, drum, maracas).
