Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 3 is a syncretic vision of the creation, interweaving pagan and mythological threads with biblical motifs and ideas drawn from the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche (Also sprach Zarathustra). The epic work will be performed in Brussels y the NFM Choir and the Budapest Festival Orchestra under the baton of phenomenal Ivan Fisher, and two days later also at the National Forum of Music in Wrocław.
