Taking care of the continuous development and increasing the competences of conductors, the Choral Academy organizes a number of events every year:
a) national choirmaster workshops,
b) national seminar for conducting at the Polish National Youth Choir,
c)national research and artistic conference entitled The Choir Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.

Training at the Choral Academy covers a wide range of topics:  from the methodology of conductor’s work, through issues related to voice emission, to the psychological aspects of working with a choir. They are also an opportunity to cooperate with excellent theorists and practitioners, both Polish and international. Training activities organized by the Choral Academy are addressed to conductors from all over Poland and are open to everyone.
