1. The administrator of your personal data is the National Forum of Music, pl. Wolności 1, Wrocław, entered into the Register of Cultural Institutions kept by the Municipality of Wrocław under the number RIK 38/2014, hereinafter referred to as the NFM; NFM conducts processing of your personal data,
2. The NFM has appointed a DPO, you can contact him via email: iod@nfm.wroclaw.pl,
3. Your personal data will be processed in order to enable participation in the conference pursuant to the provision of art. 6 sec. 1 letter a, and art. 49 sec. 1 letter a GDPR. Participation in the conference involves the use of the whova application https://whova.com/, whose servers are located in the USA, so data will be transferred outside the EEA (name and surname and email address provided in the application will be transferred),
4. Your personal data may be made available to persons responsible for the production of the conference,
5. NFM will transfer your data to third countries to enable the use of the whova platform https://whova.com/,
6. Your personal data will be processed during your participation in the conference, immediately after its completion, the NFM will make every effort to prevent further data processing on the whova platform https://whova.com/,
7. you have the right to request amendment, deletion or limitation of personal data processing from NFM and to object to such processing,
8. You have the right to submit a written, motivated request to stop processing your data due to your special situation, as well as you have the right to object to the processing of your data for purposes other than those specified above or against transfer them to another data administrator,
