Jazztopad Festival

The hallmark of Jazztopad Festival are the premieres of works commissioned from famous improvisers. Jazztopad is also distinguished by reaching for traditional sounds from distant parts of the world, not necessarily associated with jazz. Under the banner of the festival, whose Artistic Director is Piotr Turkiewicz, albums have been released by prestigious labels: ECM, Blue Note, and AUM.
