2026/2027 NFM Orchestra Academy Application Form
Dear All,
The 12th edition of the NFM Orchestra Academy is coming soon! We are delighted to invite you to submit your applications – this year’s workshop programme is once again open to final-year music high school students, undergraduates, and graduates of universities of music who play string instruments (violin, viola, cello, double bass), woodwind instruments (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon), brass instruments (trumpet, French horn, trombone), and timpani. Applications are open until Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and the first sessions will take place on October 17 and 18.
The list of candidates invited to participate in the programme and the reserve list will be announced by October 3 on the NFM Orchestra Academy website and Facebook page. Each qualified candidate will also receive an individual notification via email.

By submitting their application form, participants of the “NFM Orchestra Academy” consent to the processing of their personal data:
1. The controller of your personal data is the Witold Lutosławski National Forum of Music, Plac Wolności 1, Wrocław, entered into the Register of Cultural Institutions maintained by the Municipality of Wrocław under number RIK 38/2014, hereinafter referred to as the NFM; the NFM processes your personal data.
2. The NFM has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at: iod@nfm.wroclaw.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of participation in the NFM Orchestra Academy, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data).
4. Your personal data (phone number and email address) may be shared with the instructors of the 2026/2027 NFM Orchestra Academy to facilitate communication during classes held at the NFM Orchestra Academy.
5. Your personal data will be shared with third parties, in particular the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the relevant Head of the Tax Office, as well as other entities, if required by law or contract, in particular IT service providers.
6. Your personal data will be processed during your participation in the NFM Orchestra Academy.
7. The NFM may transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular in connection with the NFM's use of social media (Facebook, YouTube).
8. You have the right to request that the NFM amend, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to such processing.
9. You have the right to submit a written, reasoned request to cease the processing of your data due to your specific situation, and you also have the right to object to the processing of your data for purposes other than those indicated above or to transfer your data to another data controller.
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
11. Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
12. Submitting your application without the data required in the application form will result in the application being invalid and rejected, and consequently, in inability to qualify for the NFM Orchestra Academy.
