1. The administrator of the personal data of the Participants is the National Forum of Music, pl. Wolności 1, Wrocław, entered into the Register of Cultural Institutions maintained by the Municipality of Wrocław under the number RIK 38/2014, hereinafter referred to as the NFM.
2. The NFM has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via email: iod@nfm.wroclaw.pl.
3. The personal data of the Participants will be processed in order to enable participation in the Conference on the basis of the provisions of art. 6 sec. 1 letters b, d and f and art. 45 sec. 1 of the GDPR. Participation in the Conference involves the use of the whova application, whose servers are located in the USA, therefore data will be transferred outside the EEA (only the email address provided in the registration form will be transferred).
4. The personal data of the Participants may be made available to people responsible for the implementation of the above-mentioned project.
5. Personal data will be processed during your participation in the Conference and after that time for the purposes of fulfilling archiving and accounting obligations.
6. NFM will transfer Participants’ data to third countries, e.g. using the whova platform.
7. Participants have the right to request that NFM amend, delete or limit the processing of personal data and to object to such processing.
8. Participants have the right to submit a written, reasoned request to stop processing their data due to a special situation, and they also have the right to object to the processing of their data for purposes other than those indicated above or to transferring them to another data controller.
9. Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Data Protection.
10. Participants' personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
11. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Conference.
