Hans-Christoph Rademann należy obecnie do najbardziej cenionych i najchętniej zapraszanych do współpracy dyrygentów chóralnych oraz najznakomitszych specjalistów w dziedzinie muzyki chóralnej na całym świecie. Za przełomowe uważane są jego koncerty i nagrania dokonane z Dresdner Kammerchor i Dresdner Barockorchester, szczególnie interpretacje niemieckich skarbów muzycznych z XVII i XVIII w. W 2009 r. Hans-Christoph Rademann rozpoczął działalność nagranową – wraz z Dresdner Kammerchor oraz w kooperacji z niemiecką stacją MDR i wydawnictwiem Carus w Stuttgarcie – dzieł wszystkich Heinrich Schütza, niemieckiego kompozytora i organisty. Ogromnym uznaniem cieszą się również jego interpretacje zarówno dzieł romantycznych, jak i utworów współczesnych kompozytorów.
W 1985 r. Hans-Christoph Rademann założył Dresdner Kammerchor, którym obecnie kieruje jako dyrektor artystyczny. Współpracuje z takimi dyrygentami światowej sławy, jak Semyon Bychkov, sir Roger Norrington, Christoph Eschenbach, sir Simon Rattle i Christian Thielemann. Ponadto dyrygował gościnnie najlepszymi orkiestrami i chórami świata, takimi jak Sächsische Staatskapelle, Freiburger Barockorchester, orkiestrami Concerto Köln i Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin, Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin, Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, chórami National Chamber Choir of Ireland oraz Collegium Vocale Gent, jak również zespołem Internationale Bachakademie Stuttgart. Podczas licznych tras koncertowych Hans-Christoph Rademann występował w renomowanych salach koncertowych zarówno w Europie, jak i w Stanach Zjednoczonych, Izraelu, Afryce Południowej, Indiach, Sri Lance, Argentynie, Brazylii, Urugwaju i Japonii. Artysta otrzymał wielokrotnie Nagrodę Niemieckiej Krytyki Fonograficznej, a także prestiżowe nagrody Grand Prix du Disque, Diapason d’Or, Pizzicato Supersonic i Choc de Classica.
W 1994 r. Hans-Christoph Rademann otrzymał nagrodę finansową, a w roku 2014 nagrodę artystyczną przyznawaną przez miasto Drezno za wybitne osiągnięcia artystyczne i działalność w dziedzinie organizacji życia muzycznego w kraju związkowym Saksonia i jego stolicy. W 2008 r. został odznaczony medalem landu Saksonia – Sächsische Verfassungsmedaille. W latach 1999–2004 był dyrygentem i kierownikiem artystycznym chóru stacji Norddeutscher Rundfunk (Chor des Norddeutschen Rundfunks). Od 2000 r. jest zatrudniony na stanowisku profesora dyrygentury chóralnej w Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber w Dreźnie. W latach 2007–2015 był głównym dyrygentem chóru kameralnego RIAS Kammerchor. W 2008 r. zainicjował powstanie w Berlinie Międzynarodowego Forum Dyrygentów, którego celem jest promowanie i wspieranie młodych talentów. Hans-Christoph Rademann jest ponadto dyrektorem festiwalu Musikfest Erzgebirge, który od 2010 r. odbywa się cyklicznie co dwa lata. Jest również protektorem działającego w Dreźnie hospicjum Christlicher Hospizdienst Dresden e.V. oraz członkiem Rady Fundacji Erzgebirgische Theater- und Orchesterstiftung.
Latem 2013 r. Hans-Christoph Rademann został następcą Helmutha Rillinga, twórcy i szefa Internationale Bachakademie w Stuttgarcie.

Hans-Christoph Rademann is now among the most sought-after choir conductors and specialists in choral music all over the world. His concerts and recordings with the Dresdner Kammerchor and the Dresdner Barockorchester are considered ground-breaking, and notably the interpretations of German music masterpieces of the 17th and 18th centuries. In 2009 Rademann began recording the complete works of Heinrich Schütz, a German composer and organist, with the Dresdner Kammerchor in co-operation with the MDR broadcasting company and the Carus Editions in Stuttgart. His interpretations of Romantic as well as contemporary works also enjoy high acclaim.
Hans-Christoph Rademann in 1985 founded the Dresdner Kammerchor of which he has been Artistic Director ever since.
Rademann collaborates with such conductors of world-renown as Semyon Bychkov, Roger Norrington, Christoph Eschenbach, Sir Simon Rattle i Christian Thielemann. Moreover, he has appeared as a guest conductor with the best orchestras and choirs all over the world, among others: Sächsische Staatskapelle, Freiburger Barockorchester, Concerto Köln and Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin, Rundfunksinfonieorchester Berlin, Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, National Chamber Choir of Ireland and Collegium Vocale Gent, as well as Ensembles der Internationalen Bachakademie Stuttgart. During his numerous tours Hans-Christoph Rademann has performed in major concert halls, both in Europe and in the USA, Israel, South Africa, India, Sri Lanca, Argentina, Brasil, Uruguay, and Japan. Rademann has received the German Record Critics Prize several times, in addition to other prestigious awards, such as Grand Prix du Disque, Diapason d‘Or, pizzicato Supersonic, and Choc de Classica.
In 1994 Hans-Christoph Rademann received a financial award, and in 2014 an artistic award granted by the City of Dresden for outstanding artistic achievements and services to music live in Saxony and ist capital. In 2008 he received a medal of the land of Saxony, the Sächsische Verfassungsmedaille. From 1999-2004 Rademann was conductor and artistic director of the Chor des Norddeutschen Rundfunks. Since 2009 he has been professor of choral conducting with the Carl Maria von Weber Musikhochschule in Dresden. From 2007–2015 he was principal conductor or the RIAS Kammerchor, and in 2008 he initiated the International Conductors Forum in Berlin with an aim to promote and support young conductors. Rademann is also director of the Musikfest Erzgebirge festival, taking place every two years since 2010. He is also a deputy rector of the Christlicher Hospizdienst Dresden e.V. and a trustee of the Erzgebirgische Theater- und Orchesterstiftung.
