An artistic and educational project dedicated to singing young people between 18 and 26 years of age: to pupils and students of vocal departments of schools and music academies, and to the best singers of Polish choirs. It is financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and run by the National Forum of Music. It was created in 2013 as an independent two-module training project for singers and conductors.
Since 2015, it has been part of the Choral Academy project.
Each edition of PNYCh includes two thematic sessions. As part of individual sessions, quartet, sectional, and tutti rehearsals are held, as well as individual singing lessons, lectures, and workshops run by specialists in their fields. All these activities are crowned by a concert during which young people can present the results of their work.
