Artystka studiowała na Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst w Wiedniu. W sezonie 2015/2016 była członkinią Thüringer Opernstudio oraz występowała na scenach Deutsches Nationaltheater w Weimarze i Theater Erfurt. W 2017 r. brała
udział w Young Singers Project, realizowanym ramach Salzburger Festspiele. Debiut śpiewaczki w Theater an der Wien odbył się w październiku 2018 r. – wykonała wówczas partię Jemmy’ego w Wilhelmie Tellu Rossiniego (reż. Diego Matheuz). Kolejny jej występ, tym razem na Bregenzer Festspiele, gdzie zaśpiewała w Der Reigen Bernharda Langa z zespołem Neue Oper Wien, przyniósł jej nominację do Österreichischer Musiktheaterpreis 2020 w kategorii „Beste weibliche Nebenrolle (najlepsza drugoplanowa rola kobieca). W grudniu 2019 r. zadebiutowała w Złotej Sali wiedeńskiego Musikverein w oratorium Izrael w Egipcie Händla. W 2020 r. artystka wystąpiła w Philharmonie Luxembourg i ponownie w Theater an der Wien, po czym powróciła do Wielkiej Sali wiedeńskiego Konzerthausu.

Kolejne jej angaże obejmują występy na festiwalu w Innsbrucku, w Wiener Kammeroper, Opéra national de Lorraine, Theater an der Wien i na festiwalu w Stuttgarcie. W 2022 r. Anita Giovanna Rosati została ponownie nominowana do Österreichischer Musiktheaterpreis w kategorii „Beste Nachwuchs” (najlepszy młody talent) za interpretację partii Dorillo w operze L’Idalma Pasquiniego na Innsbrucker Festwochen der Alten Musik. W bieżącym sezonie pojawi się na Musikfestspiele Potsdam Sanssouci, Trigonale – Festival der Alten Musik, LOISIARTE Festival.

Anita Giovanna Rosati studied at the University for Music and Performing Arts Vienna. In 2015–2016, she was a member of the Thuringian Opera Studio and in the course of the season appeared at the Weimar National Theatre and the Theater Erfurt. She was a participant at the Salzburg Festival Young Singers Project in 2017. Her debut at the Theater an der Wien took place in October 2018, where she performed as Jemmy in Guglielmo Tell by Rossini directed by Diego Matheuz. A further production brought the young singer to the Bregenzer Festspiele, where she sang in Bernhard Lang’s Der Reigen with the Neue Oper Wien, for which she was nominated for the Austrian Music Theatre Prize in 2020 in the Best Female Supporting Role category. In December 2019, she made her debut in the Golden Hall of the Musikverein in the oratorio Israel in Egypt by Handel. In 2020, the young soprano performed at the Philharmonie Luxembourg and again at the Theater an der Wien followed by another debut at the Great Hall of the Vienna Konzerthaus.

Further engagements led her to the Innsbruck Festival, Vienna Chamber Opera, Opéra national de Lorraine, Theater an der Wien, and the Stuttgart Festival. In 2022, she was nominated again for the Austrian Music Theatre Prize in the Best Young Talent category for her interpretation of Dorillo in Pasquini’s L’Idalma at the Innsbruck Early Music Festival. In the current season, Anita Giovanna Rosati will have engagements at the Potsdam Sanssouci Music Festival, the Trigonale Festival of Early Music, LOISIARTE Festival, etc
