Radosław Woźniak graduated from the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the Business Development Institute Faculty of Financial Advising and Mediating. He began his professional career as an entrepreneur and co-owner of a small IT company. Later he worked at the Getin Service Provider company as a Vice President of the Management Board. In 2003 he joined EFL, the company to which he dedicated the majority of his career. He began as a Project Manager, responsible for collaborations with external financial institutions. Later he became Deputy Sales Director and handled relationships with PSA, representing EFL as well as CA Bank Polska. In the years 2005-2010 he was Managing Director of the Retail Leasing and Auto Finance business lines. In January 2010 he was appointed President of the Board responsible for sales and marketing. In May 2018 he became President of the Board of EFL Finance, a company distributing Grupa EFL products and insurance. Since 3 September 2019 he has been President of the Board of EFL. As a member of the Supervisory Board of Carefleet SA, Eurofactor Polska SA and CA Leasing Serbia, Radosław Woźniak actively works to develop and promote leasing in Central Eastern Europe.
