Wojciech Dąbrowski has been president of the board of the PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna since 20 February 2020. In October 2020 he supervised the publication of the new strategy of Grupa until 2030 with a perspective until 2050, in which the company presented its plans for transformation and decarbonisation in energy production, and announced its goal to reach climate neutrality by 2050. He has also served as president of the board of Polskie Towarzystwa Elektrociepłowni Zawodowych and president of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Association.

Between November 2017 and February 2020 he was president of the board of PGE Energia Ciepła, where he completed the process of integrating Polish heating assets acquired from EDF by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna. Between January 2016 and November 2017 he was president of the board of PGNiG Termika. Wojciech Dąbrowski is a participant in the public debate on the directions of development of the energy sector, energy transformation and energy safety.
