Marzena Perka-Skorzycka is an experienced manager from the fintech sector. She currently holds a top-level managerial position in the Polish branches of the European Bank and BNY Mellon, where she oversees strategic programmes to improve critical areas of the organisations, including talent management. Before she began her career in international banking, she gained experience as an expert and leader in, among others, analytical marketing and transformation processes in the tech and media sectors. She is a management and marketing graduate of Wrocław University of Economics and a Six Sigma Black Belt-certified project manager.  As an ambassador for diversity and inclusiveness, Marzena is keenly involved in social programmes. Among other projects, she conducts mentorship programmes at the Association of Business Service Leaders and is active in the Programme Council of Fundacja Młodzieżowej Przedsiębiorczości, which supports innovation and business effectiveness among the younger generations.
