Młoda śpiewaczka była wielokrotnie opisywana w prasie jako „odkrycie” i „wschodząca gwiazda”. Jej imponującąskalę i technikę wokalną można podziwiać zarówno w partiach oratoryjnych, jak i operowych, w których śpiewa jako liryczny/koloraturowy mezzosopran. Dzięki połączeniu ciepłej barwy, mocno brzmiącej w dolnym rejestrze, z jasnym blaskiem rejestru mezzo Romberger może poszczycić się szerokim repertuarem. W 2020 r. zadebiutowała w Vorarlberger Landestheater w Bregencji jako Annio w Łaskawości Tytusa Mozarta. Występowała także w Landestheater Detmold jako Zanetto w operze Mascagniego pod tym samym tytułem, jako Isolier w Hrabim Ory Rossiniego oraz jako Opinia Publiczna w Orfeuszu w piekle Offenbacha. Na scenie operowej budzą podziw nie tylko umiejętności wokalne Sarah Romberger, lecz także imponujące zdolności aktorskie.
W 2022 r. jako solistka wzięła udział w nagraniu Mszy c-moll Mozarta wraz z WDR Rundfunkchor Köln i Kölner Kammerorchester. Regularnie występuje z recitalami pieśniowymi i podbija serca publiczności m.in. w Kölner Philharmonie czy podczas Heidelberger Frühling Musikfestival. Śpiewała z NDR Radiophilharmonie i Deutsche Radio Philharmonie. Pracowała pod kierunkiem znanych dyrygentów, takich jak Pietari Inkinen, Andrew Manze i Christoph Poppen.
W sezonie 2024/2025 Sarah Romberger odbędzie kilka tras koncertowych, wykona m.in. Stabat Mater Dvořáka w Hongkongu i IX Symfonię Beethovena w Warszawie. Zadebiutuje także pod batutą Christopha Eschenbacha i Justina Doyle’a oraz wystąpi z Concerto Köln i RIAS Kammerchor. Sarah Romberger uzyskała tytuł magistra w klasie śpiewu (kierunek: Lied) i ukończyła studia podyplomowe (Konzertexamen), kształcąc się pod kierunkiem Gerhild Romberger i Manuela Langego w Hochschule für Musik w Detmold w Niemczech.

The young mezzo-soprano, Sarah Romberger is repeatedly described as a ‘discovery’ and ‘rising star’ in the press. Her impressive vocal range and ability allow her to shine both as a soloist in oratorios but also as a lyric/coloratura mezzo in opera. With the combination of her warm timbre that is powerful in the lower range and the clear brilliance of themezzo register, Romberger enjoys performing a wide-range of repertoire. In 2020, she made her debut at the Vorarlberger Landestheater in Bregenz as Annio in Mozart’s La clemenza di Tito. She has also performed at the Landestheater Detmold as Zanetto in Mascagni’s opera of the same name, as Isolier in Rossini’s Le comte Ory, and as Public Opinion in Offenbach’s Orpheus in the Underworld. On the opera stage, Sarah Romberger not only excels vocally but also in her impressive acting ability.
In 2022, Sarah Romberger featured as a soloist alongside the Cologne Chamber Orchestra and Cologne Radio Choir in a CD recording of Mozart’s C Minor Mass. She regularly performs lieder recitals and has captivated audiences in prestigious venues such the Cologne Philharmonic and at the Heidelberger Frühling Festival. The young mezzo-soprano has sung with the NDR Radiophilharmonie and the German Radio Philharmonic Orchestra. She has worked under renowned conductors such as Pietari Inkinen, Andrew Manze, and Christoph Poppen.
The 2024/2025 season takes Sarah Romberger on several concert tours including Dvořák’s Stabat Mater in Hong Kong and Beethoven’s 9th Symphony in Warsaw. She will debut under the baton of Christoph Eschenbach, Justin Doyle, and perform with Concerto Köln and the RIAS Chamber Choir. Sarah Romberger gained a Master degree in lied singing and Konzertexamen in singing with Gerhild Romberger and Manuel Lange at the Hochschule für Musik in Detmold, Germany.
