The CEO of Totalizator Sportowy is a manager with many years of experience in real estate management, investment and administrative activities. He is an expert in audit, internal control and accounting, and specializes in managing the area of ​​corporate finance and IT infrastructure.

He acquired managerial competences by serving for many years as the CEO of the Palace of Culture and Science, and previously also as the vice-president of the management board of Poczta Polska [Polish Mail] and a member of the management board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości [Polish Real Estate Holding]. He also sat on supervisory boards as chairman and vice-chairman.

As a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin, he obtained the degree of Executive MBA at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, as well as the international certificates of Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA). He holds the qualifications of an internal auditor obtained by a state examination organized by the Ministry of Finance. He also completed postgraduate studies in accounting, banking and finance.
